Mike Cohn was with us at our October meeting. He has allowed us to give away 1 spot each to his CSPO/CSM classes in Feb here in Dallas. Come to our NOV meeting to be eligible.

Ty suggested a topic in which we explore Agile Improvement Metrics (what metrics do you use to track improvement). What are others doing, what are some hot sports opinions, and finally, do we measure productivity?

Richard ReedI enjoyed the discussion, however it seemed to be dominated by a few individuals. Some had very interesting things to say, others just seemed to chatter on and on. It would be nice to figure out a way to get others with something to say, but a little less bold, a chance to speak.
