OK, less than 24 hours away - what is the topic for the meeting?

Oh, now I see, Agile Metrics - care to spend a while in Elaboration on that one?

Ty suggested a topic in which we explore Agile Improvement Metrics (what metrics do you use to track improvement). What are others doing, what are some hot sports opinions, and finally, do we measure productivity?

Everyone was very open to their issues in Agile Adoption and the metrics that some organizations just can't let go of in an Agile world. Very good ideas on how to communicate and build trust with your organization.

I thought it was a good discussion. I came away a -little- warmer to metrics in agile endeavors.

Good discussion, everybody had an opportunity to contribute.

I am happy that I was able to take valuable information and viewpoints to my team.

Lots of participation around the metric discussion. Informative on how companies are struggling with measuring individual vs team success with agile methods
  • Dennis Palmer
Was great to hear real experiences of group members. I'm new to scrum, so didn't have much to contribute, but did ask some questions.
  • Linda Boggs
My first Scrum UG meeting; interesting topic; good interactive discussions; friendly group
  • Scott Ames
    I enjoyed it.
  • Richard Reed
I enjoyed the discussion, however it seemed to be dominated by a few individuals. Some had very interesting things to say, others just seemed to chatter on and on. It would be nice to figure out a way to get others with something to say, but a little less bold, a chance to speak.
